Group Photo Day


A session to capture your full group, sections, and individuals, right in your back yard (or practice field).

In addition to incredible photos, a donation back to your program with a portion of proceeds.

 

Marching Band Sessions



I learned from among the greatest, and bring those years of experience to the modern age in offering photos that make your school, program, and students look their best.


Group Photo Days include a fully online ordering system without preorders that allows personalized ordering, direct shipping, and a month for orders to contribute directly  back to your program.


These sessions are entirely free to your program, and can lead to hundreds of dollars directly back to you, free senior banners, or other donation types to best benefit your program. 


Fall 2027 session dates can now be penciled in on the form below - booking officially starts in January.

 

Step 1 - Individuals

 

 

Every performer goes through our line(s) to take their photo, with chances to get buddy & sibling photos once everyone has gone through.

 

 

Step 2 - Sections

 

 

Formal and fun photos of every section, including seniors.

 

 

Step 3 - Full Band

 

Let's get the whole band together. Good news is that there is no group of people better trained to listen to instructions, have good spacing, and face the right way than a marching band.

 

FAQ

When can I schedule?

Group Photo Days can be scheduled whenever works for your ensemble. Once you have submitted the form below, Tony will get back to you soon to let you know if your ideal date worked, or to pick the right date and time for your ensemble! The formal process to lock in 2027 dates starts in January, but you can pencil in dates at any time!

 

Can parents come along and take photos with their cameras or phones?

Everyone is welcome to help with the session itself, but we do not allow any photography at these sessions except by our professional photographers. You have all season with your students and we only have one day, and every additional photo taken means we have fewer sales, and less money to offer your program.

 

How is the fundraiser calculated?

 

We create a 30 day window where a percentage of sales go right back to your program! Inquire on the form below for more details regarding the exact parameters of the fundraiser.

 

What can we do with the money?

Any combination of:

  • We can send a check to your band boosters
  • You can print photos to be used for your program at a wholesale price.
  • It can cover Perform Photography purchases you may make, such as action photo downloads, senior banners, or more.
