*Session fee waived if photos taken as part of Group Photo Day session. Additional costs may be added for sessions more than 50 miles from Indianapolis.
**Minimum 6 Banners. Additional costs may be added for banners over 8 sq ft or for upgraded thickness and durability.
Here's the PRocess
Step 1:
Planning
Use the scheduling tool below to find the right time for your senior banner session. Once that session time is approved, you'll be sent a question form, a contract, and the $100 session fee.
Design of banners can start from one of the templates below and be fully customized.

Photo Time
Gather the seniors and make the magic happen.
If doing personalized posing, allow up to 5 minutes per senior
Full payment due at time of session

Step 3:
Delivery
- A draft of the banner will be emailed to the director to confirm design and spelling of text elements.
- Full set of banners will be designed and sent to the lab, and shipped directly to the school.
- A gallery including outtakes and digital copies of the banners will be available online so performers and their families have more to go through and can order additional copies.
